A. R. VanCleave
Albert Ray VanCleave (December 20, 1889 – September 24, 1987) was an American football coach in the United States.
==Coaching career==
VanCleave was the head college football coach for the Elon Phoenix located in Elon, North Carolina. He held that position for the 1926 season. His coaching record at Elon was 0 wins and 10 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2013 season, this ranks him #20 at Elon in total wins and #20 at the school in winning percentage ().〔(【引用サイトリンク】publisher=Elon Phoenix )〕
He was an alumnus of Union Christian College, Indiana State University, Indiana University, and the University of Chicago.
